Navigating the eerie corridors of the Rhodes Hill Care Center in Resident Evil Requiem requires solving intricate environmental challenges to progress. Among the most pivotal challenges during Grace's chapter is opening the sealed Central Hall door using three distinct quartz keys. Unlocking these celestial items involves locating hidden puzzle boxes throughout the facility and entering specific symbol combinations.
Unlocking the Chairman's Office Puzzle Box
The journey to gather the required quartz pieces begins in the West Wing's Chairman's Office. To discover the first combination, players need to use a pencil on the notepad found on the lounge table. Interacting with the puzzle box and inputting the sequence Moon, Sun, Star, Moon reveals the Moon Quartz.
Retrieving this first key sets the foundation for exploring deeper into the facility's locked sectors. Players should also make sure to gather surrounding key items before heading toward the East Wing.
Solving the Lead Researcher's Office Puzzle
Advancing to the East Wing leads players to the Lead Researcher's Office on the second floor. This second puzzle box is initially secured with a heavy padlock that requires corrosive liquid to melt away. After retrieving the corrosive from the nearby Conference Room, players can inspect scattered photos in the office to uncover the hidden code.
Entering the symbol sequence Star, Sun, Moon, Sun unlocks the container and grants the Sun Quartz. This step also provides crucial notes needed to navigate the final stages of the facility.
Retrieving the Final Quartz from the Security Manager's Office
The third puzzle box resides in the East Wing Security Manager's Office, but its braille interface presents a unique challenge for Grace. Players must rescue Emily from the Medication Room and escort her safely to read the symbols on the box.
Once brought to the room, entering the sequence Star, Star, Moon, Sun unlocks the Star Quartz. With all three celestial gems collected, players can return to the Central Hall, place them into the main door, and finally escape into the courtyard.
